A Tycroes woman must pay more than £800 in a fine and costs after failing to identify the driver of a vehicle thought to have committed an offence.
Elizabeth Jones, of Parc Gwernen, Fforest Fach, failed to give information of the driver of a Vauxhall Corsa, alleged to have been guilty of an offence.
The 20-year-old found the case against her proved under the single justice procedure at Llanelli Magistrates’ Court.
She was fined £660, ordered to pay a £66 victim surcharge and £90 costs, totally £816.
Her driving licence was endorsed with six points.
A charge of speeding at 83mph in a 70mph zone on the A48 near Nantycaws junction on October 31 was dismissed.
