Tybee looks to establish sisterhood with this African city, and the mayor is planning a visit

After a trip to Cape Coast Ghana earlier this year by Julia Pearce, co-founder of Tybee MLK, the mayor of Cape Coast Ernest Arthur will be taking a trip to visit Tybee Island in October, during the annual Pirate Fest celebration.
