Two White Marsh eateries to close, making way for Harford farm-to-table restaurant The Local to expand

The Local expects to eventually seat 300 in its new White Marsh restaurant, taking over space held by Wayward Bar & Kitchen and The Curious Oyster, both of which will shut down after Monday service.
