MISSOULA â Efforts to design the conversion of Front and Main streets back to two-way traffic in the downtown district will move forward after the Missoula Redevelopment Agency this week agreed to fund the cost.
The $450,000 design and engineering contract, awarded to HDR, will get the project shovel ready in the event that federal funding comes available to cover the estimated $4.5 million conversion.
