Two teenagers to serve 30 years in prison for fatal carjacking of 41-year-old Highlandtown man

A Baltimore City judge sentenced two juveniles to life in prison and suspended all but 30 years for the April murder of 41-year-old Fabian Mendez, who was carjacked and dragged with his own car in the Baltimore Highlands neighborhood.
