Two more suspects charged over shooting on Poplars Avenue

TWO more men have been charged in connection with a shooting which left a man with life-changing injuries.
The 55-year-old victim was shot in the leg outside an address on Poplars Avenue in Orford on the evening of Friday, April 24.
Several gunshots were fired outside the house at around 8.45pm on the night in question, with armed police rushing to the scene.
Fifty-one-year-old Alan Tobin, of Widnes, has now been charged with conspiracy to cause grievous bodily harm with intent in connection with the shooting.
Forty-year-old John Tobin, of Liverpool, has been charged with participating in the activities of an organised crime group.
