Two men to face murder charges in the fatal beating of a man outside Northeast Albuquerque tattoo parlor

Charges against two men will be upgraded to murder following the Dec. 29 death of 30-year-old Jonathan Arsenault, who was found beaten outside a tattoo shop in Northeast Albuquerque.
