POTSDAM — Two men were charged with open container violations on Maple Street Wednesday night, according to village police.
Elijah Land, 20, Lake Clear, and Logan Bielawski, 19, Averill Park, were each charged with open container, unlawful possession of alcohol by a person under age 21 and criminal impersonation, officers said.
The subjects were cited and 11:42 p.m. and released.
