The rescuer Sahil Vichare from RAWW reached the society and safely rescued the reptile from the toilet
THANE: A two-foot-long spectacled cobra was rescued from the toilet of a ground floor house in Vile Parle on Tuesday.
One of the security guards from Ruia Park who was going to use the toilet noticed the venomous snake lying inside and made a distress call to NGO Resqink Association for Wildlife Welfare (RAWW).
The rescuer Sahil Vichare from RAWW reached the society and safely rescued the reptile from the toilet.
It was later taken for a medical examination to veterinarian Dr Priti Sathe who declared it fit. It was then released into the wild.
