Two concerned mothers arm themselves with speed guns in bid to stop drivers ignoring the 30mph limit

Penny Hughes, 28, and Rhian Mai, 31, were fed up with motorists ignoring the 30mph speed limit where young children play on the A470 road in their village of Dolwyddelan, Conwy, north Wales.
