Two arrested for kidnapping and larceny

Two people have been arrested in Henry County related to a kidnapping and larceny of a vehicle that occurred in Eden, North Carolina. Gary Lee Alverson, 40, and Sarah Michele Newton, 35, were arrested on Thursday and charged with first-degree kidnapping and larceny of a motor vehicle.
