TUPELO, Miss. (WTVA) - A familiar administrator is returning to the Tupelo Public School District.
Trustees approved the hiring of Terry Harbin on Monday as the new principal of Milam Elementary.
He spent the past four years as principal at Itawamba Attendance Center.

Terry Harbin is returning to the Tupelo Public School District.
Monday in a special called Board of Trustees meeting, Harbin was approved as the new Milam principal. He replaces Paul Moton, who is now the district’s new Director of Educational Enhancement and Innovative Design.
