Tunisia: Zenith Energy announces acquisition of SLK from CNPC

Zenith Energy has entered into a share purchase agreement for the acquisition of Canadian North Africa Oil & Gas ('CNAOG'). CNAOG holds an undivided 22.5% interest in the North Kairouan permit and the Sidi El Kilani Concession in Tunisia.
