Trump White House official gets 4-month sentence for defying a House Jan. 6 subpoena

WASHINGTON (AP) -- Trump White House official Peter Navarro, who was convicted of contempt of Congress for refusing to cooperate with a congressional investigation into the Jan. 6, 2021, attack on the U.S. Capitol, was sentenced Thursday to four months behind bars.
