Trump abused the death penalty. Biden must abolish it

Trump expedited a few executions, knowing that Biden opposes the death penalty.
Biden can make sure that doesn't happening again by abolishing the practice.

The death penalty serves as symbol of the inhumanity of the US criminal justice system, where people who are incarcerated are treated as second-class citizens or simply expendable. 
Since the start of 2020, the federal executions of Lisa M. Montgomery, Cory Johnson, and Dustin John Higgs have taken place. These executions were not justice, they are murder at the hands of the government.
