Trumbull Co. Commissioner Frenchko attorney to enter 'not guilty' plea

Commissioner Mauro Cantalamassa said that last month, Frenchko read a letter from a family member of a Trumbull County inmate that alleged not to be receiving medical attention while incarcerated.
