Appreciating the BBMP Marshals for catching the sewage suction truck driver for releasing waste into the stormwater drain, Koramangala Fourth Block Residents Welfare Association general secretary Raghu R has said the BBMP has to increase vigil on those releasing or dumping waste into the stormwater drains in the city.
