Troy police peacefully resolve barricaded gunman situation

The Troy Police Department peacefully resolved a situation with a barricaded gunman Sept. 9. Police were contacted after a woman living in a home on Starr Drive, located near Livernois Road and Stephenson Highway, called 911 at approximately 11:43 p.m.
