Tropical storm watches, warnings issued as Fred nears Florida; heavy rain expected in Bay Area

Tropical Storm Fred is expected to stay offshore as it passes Florida, but that doesn't mean we'll escape it's effects. Sunday will be a breezy day with heavy rain and possible flooding, forecasters warn. Meanwhile, another storm could be following a similar path.
