Tropical storm's wind has strengthened to 60 mph and still dangerous, officials say

Storm total rainfall amounts of 4-8 inches, with maximum amounts of 10 inches, are forecast, mainly along the windward side of Hawaii island. Storm total rainfall amounts of 3-6 inches are expected in the windward areas of Maui. For the rest of the state, total rainfall amounts of 2 to 4 inches are expected.
