Tropical Storm Ana is tracking into the open Atlantic Ocean after getting hurricane season off to an early start for the seventh straight year.
An area of low pressure became better organized overnight Friday into Saturday and the National Hurricane Center (NHC) initiated advisories Saturday morning.
Ana is now moving northeastward after inching closer to Bermuda early Saturday. Gradual weakening is expected on Sunday as it tracks out to sea.
The tropical storm is no threat to any land areas.
