State police released the identity of a 67-year-old Fayette County man fatally shot by troopers following a standoff for several hours Tuesday at his Saltlick home.
Police say Keith Robert Tafoya, 67, exited his Pine Slope Road home and pointed a shotgun at members of the state police Special Emergency Response Team (SERT).
