"We were able to obtain numerous search warrants which led to the location of multiple items of evidentiary value at the suspect's home," according to the sheriff's office.
Bailey's body was found Sunday evening in the neighborhood in which the she lived after the teen's parents reported her missing earlier that morning. She was last seen around 1:15 a.m. at an amenities center in the Durbin community.
A redacted version of the arrest report released by the sheriff's office Tuesday detailed how interrogation of the suspect along with surveillance video led to his arrest.
"The defendant's story changed several times but [he] ultimately made several admissions," according to the report.
