“Just play hard and play with heart,” said Bell, who has been the Trojans’ starting offensive tackle for the past two years. “Play every snap like it could be your last, I guess.”
That’s never been more true than this year. But Bell, and the rest of the team, have risen to the occasion. Triopia will be one of four teams vying for the Western Illinois Valley Conference North Division championship as the Trojans host Brown County tonight. Triopia, Brown County, Camp Point Central and Unity-Payson are all 3-1.
