I've heard that it can take about 66 days to form a habit and, seeing as we've been in lockdown for about five years now (!), I'm sure a few have weaved themselves into our daily routines - both good and bad.
Let's focus on the good ones for now. Sure, I'd be here all day if I focused on the bad - ha-ha. A few positive habits have made their way into my routine quite naturally, but there are a few I've had to work hard at keeping up and I want to make sure they stay with me even when lockdown is a distant memory.
