Trial set for Pueblo man charged with allegedly threatening sheriff's deputies, Cory Gardner

Thomas Wornick made that decision last month and is set to stand trial in June.
The case is in Denver at the U.S. District Court for Colorado.
Authorities arrested Wornick 13 months ago on the same day he allegedly sent an email to Gardner's office stating:  “In 2003 I deployed to Iraq, I was blown up by an ied in my hmmwv and blown up again by a rocket weeks later. I suffer everyday of my life. I am going to kill senator cory gardner for refusing to help me get medical care.”
