Trial on track for December for Marion teen charged in fatal shooting

The trial for 16-year-old Baynon Berry, charged in the fatal shooting of 16-year-old Michael McCune, is set for Dec. 5 in Linn County. A prosecutor said Friday a plea offer has been made but not accepted at this time. She did not provide details about the offer.
