Transit operators in Thunder Bay call for increased security after physical, verbal assaults

Bus drivers in Thunder Bay, Ont. say they're seeing a steady increase in violent incidents on the job and not enough resources to properly handle them. Union representatives for Thunder Bay Transit are appealing to city council for more security to help operators and passengers feel safer.
