You see the driver of that truck dressed in loose clothing get out of the truck. And he pulls out and an adorable little dog on a rope of some kind, you see him tie this precious dog to the side of this bench. Get in his truck. And he drives away leaving this poor animal with no food, no water, no shelter, just chained to this bench. He looks terrified already. And possibly injured . Thats the thing thats so heartbreaking.
