At least one attacker remains at large. The suicide bombers were apparently targeting a nuclear site. Belgium lowered its threat level a notch but says another attack is likely and possible. Elaine cobb is in brussels. Elaine, good morning. Reporter good morning. Its becoming increasingly clear the Belgian Police admit they omitted signs of attack and the investigates move forward. To be clear, the plot was of people. Last nights police raids include the same central brussels neighborhood where police found large stockpiles of bomb making materials used by the sued bombers. The police are still hunting an unknown attacker seen at the airport and another caught on camera at the metro station. Separately, police in france arrested a suspect they say was in the advanced stages of a plot to attack the country. So far, there are no links between the alleged french plot and the alleged attacks in brussels earlier in nevada. Turkey says belgium ignored a warning that one of the sued bombers Ibrahim Bakraoui were on a terrorism watch list along with his brother. The only survivor of the pair race attacks abdeslam was captured a week ago in belgium but questioned only once over the weekend. He was interviewed, first time, saturday. He didnt believe anything before the attacks. So he saw police after the attack. Reporter the state Department Says about a dozen americans were injured in the attacks. New video shows the aftermath of tuesdays airport bombing. But evidence suggests the suicide bombers were originally targeteding a nuclear site in belgium. The two men who picked up the surveillance camera are now thought to be the sued bombers at the Brussels Airport and metro station. If he doesnt sign it or veto it, it automatically becomes law. A small town in northwestern minnesota has been evacuated after a Freight Train collided with a propane truck. The two collided yesterday afternoon 50 miles east of fargo. The truck carrying propane caught fire, triggering the evacuation. I got scared and wait here and i hope my family is okay.
