court records indicate battles over child custody, child support and medical support. neighbors here say none of those battles were apparent in the neighborhood just a single mother and her son living together quietly. now their death is being investigated as a possible murder suicide. the crime scene technicians back to the house for a second round trying to dot all the i's and cross all the t's about what happened here. >> thank you, scott. new tonight, the man who jumped the white house fence last night tells his side of the story. anny hong just spoke one-on-one with the man . what did he say to you. >> reporter: he said it is a cry for help. he is very desperate that he can't find a job in this economy. he is upset being charged with not only a second felony today here in court of contempt of court. he was taken into custody last night by the secret service when he jumped the white house fence last night. that prompted a lockdown of the white house. and even closure of pennsylvania avenue. the 41-year-old says he jumped the fence with partial hopes of being shot by police because he has six kids by two different women and he just felt like a deadbeat dad. >> any real man would want to provide for their children and in today's economy it is so hard but especially when you have labels you cannot make those achievements. and the ridicule that i receive and feel, it is -- you can't imagine. >> thank you. >> reporter: krudop also told me he has many skills including being a good handyman. he went to technical school to learn about electric work and even got his real estate license at one point. he admits he made many mistakes. he even got charged with arson by setting his car on fire several years ago. he wants to start over and wants to be given a second chance. he promised to stay away from the white house. reporting live in northwest d.c., anny hong, 9news now. >> a desperate cry for help there, that's for sure. 9news now is still searching for answers after a man drowndz at a prince george's counties pool party. the victim's mother asked us why life guards were not on duty since hundreds of people were there and new at 6 p.m. lindsey mastis went straight to the county health department to get some answers. >> an extraordinary young man. >> reporter: 22-year-old kevin is being remembered as a responsible young man. a university of michigan student, his mother says he had a full scholarship but his dream of becoming a marine engineer was cut short saturday. police say he got into this pool during a late-night party and drowned. at 1:37 a.m. perimedics were called to the pool for a possible drowning. but off-duty officers in uniform working security turned them away. the body wasn't discovered for nearly two more hours. >> why did the ems not coming in the first place? >> and there is one more question. >> why no lifeguards? >> reporter: it was advertised as a pool party but those youtube ads have since been pulled. police say between 200 and 300 people bought tickets. according to the prince george's county health department that makes the pool public. the health department said in a statement "all regulations apply including the need to provide lifeguards." but police say there were no lifeguards and the pool had its problems too. >> they said it was murky. who would swing in a dark swimming pool?
