have scheduled a news conference in flint tomorrow to announce the new counts. his defense said he is not aware of any new charges. the suspect has already -- is facing one murder wrap and five counts of attempted murder in michigan. he's charged with attempted murder in ohio. washington's archbishop is being elevated to an elite group who would select the next pope. donald wuerl was named one of wuerl becomes the fifth leader of the washington archdiocese to be recognized. it recognized the catholics in d.c. and the maryland suburbs who make up the archdiocese. and at this hour wuerl is in building. bullets impacted two windows. but didn't shatter them. a pentagon force protection spokesperson said four more bullets hit the building's facade. this sunday 30,000 runners will participate in the army ten miler which starts and ends at the pentagon. thousands more will be on hand volunteering and watching the runners go by. while secure sit already tight at the race, an army spokesperson said they are looking into whether more needs to be done and they plan to release a statement about that tomorrow. jury selection continues in the chandra levy murder trial. this is the latest video we have of ingmar guandique, the man accused of killing the congressional intern. the defense lawyers asked potential jurors if they could consider evidence that gary condit could have been involved in some way in levy's death. condit became a suspect after he was romantically linked to levy but police no longer think he had anything to do with her death into rubbing salt in old wounds, dating back to 1991. the wife of supreme court justice clarence thomas wants an apology from anita hill. 20 years ago it was thomas versus hill in the confirmation hearing. she testified that thomas harassed her on the job. last week mrs. thomas said i would love for you to consider an apology sometime and a full explanation of why you did what you did to my husband. well mrs. thomas later long-term impact of concussions on these players and all of that. but what we're talking about here is can you really legislate some of the violence out of the nfl? >> no, you can't. it's a tough sport. and it's sad when the injuries happen but i don't think you can eliminate them. and that's the question on the table. can you legislate violence out of football? the redskins peek out as several -- speak out as several players recover from concussions. plus the soccer team in peru that poisoned the opposition. we're not kidding. 9 sports next. you have to wonder what kind of test they did on chris cooley to determine whether he had a concussion. the guy is loopy to begin with. but this week the nfl is not messing around with concussions so the skins are being extra careful with their star tight end. he did not practice today. cooley was limited to strength work but he will hopefully play on sunday against the bears. and he better. >> chris couldn't practice today but he can practice tomorrow. if he doesn't have a headache or nothing pops up. he felt good today. so he's able to do some drill work. and couldn't do any football related drills but if nothing pops up he's ready to go tomorrow. >> cooley's concussion happened on a benign play in the second quarter on sunday when he didn't even get the ball. hardly one of the devastating hits that everybody is talking about this week. but what is a devastating hit? that's what got nfl players confused and angry this week. the league promising suspensions for violent hits against defenseless players and helmet to helmet contact. and while most players agree you can't use your head as a weapon but the feeling was the league is going a little bit too far. >> all of our life we were told to be physical, to go out and hit people and now we're trying to suspend guys for making those kind of hits. >> we're playing football and it's not pop warner. it's impossible to think about how you're going to hit a guy passed out in the middle of their game. and then they discovered that a trainer from the opposing club spiked their water jug with a sedative. the four players were hospitalized and when they found out about it a brawl broke out. apparently in peru if you can't beat them fair, you make them sleepy. >> and nobody was going to figure this out. >> at one point in the game, one of the trainers from
