that stretch of the commute. 395 after that. great duke to seminary to the 14th street bridge. on the beltway we give you the outer loop from new hampshire to georgia. slowing down a bit and we will eight years ago in the general assembly we both served in the house of delegates and we lad an opportunity to vote on equal pay red lucien. i voted yes and bob mcdonnell voted no. >> my opponent has came strictly from these speed cameras and some people say that's a problem. these speed cameras in chevy chase have done their job to slow down traffic on connecticut avenue and continue to generate a million dollar wind fall and now the village has to decide whether or not to spend $30,000 of that money to arm the village police force with tasers at the request of police chief roy gordon. >> i think it makes a lot of sense. if the police say that's the best and highest use, fine, let's do it that way. >> reporter: not everyone agrees. digging in to speed camera money is the way to go. >> it ought to go to safety concerns, cross walks, speed bumps and foister forth. >> tasers have helped police not use lethal force. i don't think that there's been a need for lethal force, however n the
