Answers 14 hours after a mans vehicle was pulled from his vehicle which was in the Anacostia River. [inaudible] with more on the story reporter theres a whole lot of damage here on this dock, and it appears this is how the car entered the water, driving straight down the dock and tearing down all of these pilings before the vehicle flipped over into the water. Fire and rescue teams got the call just after 10 00 last night. The black hummer submerged in the Anacostia River the vehicle was overturned and sinking fast. You can barely make out a tire behind this yellow raft. Divers moved in quickly discovering the male driver did not make it. They worked in the darkness to pull the victim out of the back window while a search dog searched the surrounding land for evidence. Finally, hours after sun break, the vehicle is tow towed from the scene. It also appears the trucks license plate was covered before it was towed. No word if this was intentional or an accident. School bus drivers in Charles County maryland could be going on strike this afternoon. A letter posted by the superintendent says bus drivers took kids to school this morning but are warning they might not be back to take them home. We spoke with one bus driver who says they would like to unionize or become school seasonal employees. System employees. I think the bus drivers just need support. I think we should give the drivers some support, and the board and some contractors are not listen to any of the bus drivers.
