You really want to get to every Police Officer out there with this ciensdz of training kind of training. Thats correct. Our goal by this Time Next Year is to train another 5,000 Police Officers and that would be almost half of the Police Officers in the state of maryland. So this came after sandy hook as you said in 2012. The specific type of shooting were talking about is what happened on the campus of Virginia Tech or at columbia mall. That came after 2012 after sandy hook. That meant your officers and those responding were trained through alert. Right. The officers who did respond to the navy yard which we talked about for Maryland State Police as well as the columbia mall. We had anne arundel police, Maryland State Police, some offed other allied Police Agencies that assisted with that were alert trained. What kind of difference does this training make . What impact does it have . The training is crucial. The quicker we can get Police Officers to the scene, its unlike you mentioned ferguson. This is not a tactic which is specific to looting and crowd control. We have a person actively shooting. We need to get there and ming mize casualties and minimize casualties and loss of life. One of our strength pts is our f. B. I. Part strengths is our f. B. I. Where has this made a big difference. Since 1999 when columbine started the response, Police Agencies went in the same direction. What were realizing its not inning miewnl to any immune to any specific area.
