This is the yellow shading thats indicating that winter storm watch. It goes into effect at 7 00 a. M. Tomorrow, and will be in effect until 11 00 p. M. Tomorrow. So while we have this mostly sunny and nice afternoon today, a clipper system moving in tonight and that will bring snow showers on tuesday morning. But a steadier accumulating snowfall in the afternoon hours. And newscast what were watching out for. You can see it approaching on satellite and radar. Right now its all the way up and north and south dakota, but that arctic blast behind the snow will keep the snow in place. Its going to be a powdery accumulation of snowfall when it does move through. Well see that moving through as we head through tuesday morning. Our other top story, four people recovering from a gunshot wound after an Early Morning drive by from a bar in manasses. Delia goncalves has more on how Police Caught the suspect. Reporter the suspect was kicked out of the bar shortly after closing. Security kicked him out. He got in his car, drove by the doors and started shooting. Police say Jeremiah Pullen opened fire around 2 00 a. M. Outside 90 degrees, a restaurant by day, a bar by night. Security inside the establishment had removed him following a verbal altercation he was having with the employees. Reporter in the darkness of the Early Morning, police knee flashlights to search for bullet casings. Evidence markers littered the parking lot. Police say the victims, two women, two men were all standing outside the club when the suspect opened fire. One of them was the security guard. Three of the victims, including him have been treated and released for their injuries, and then one victim a female remains still hospitalized. Reporter police who routinely parole the strip were nearby and responded immediately, but the suspect took off by then. Police began their search following up on witnesses descriptions of the suspects car. Manasses city Police Spotted the vehicle, just a few miles away. Their man was in cuffs, within minutes. Dc police are looking for a person or possibly more than one person who stole an atm out of a cvs on 12th street this morning. They say someone rammed a white van into the store just after 4 this morning. That set off the burglar alarm. No one was hurt. Its also unclear, though, if anyone was inside the store at the time. An 88yearold georgetown man found stabbed to death this weekend, and today his son is facing murder charges. Police found leroy elliot in his house on q street. They believe his son, 56year old Bradford Elliot is responsible for his death. Elliots 81yearold mother was also injured in the attack. Police say Bradford Elliot has a long history of mental illness. How could a woman stab her own children to death . A germantown woman and her friend are accused of doing just that. Investigators say the woman told them they were trying to perform an exorcism. Officers were in tears after finding a is and 2yearold dead and a 1 and 2yearold dead, and two others wounded. Zakieya avery is the mother of all four children. Her former pastor knew she was having hard times. He spoke to us about the children. They were confident and happy kids, you know, you kind of get a feel for kids who are abused or neglected and that just did not fit these children. Avery who is the mother and a 21yearold friend, Monifa Sanford are charged with two counts of murder and two counts of attempted murder. They are due in court tomorrow. Two months after a postal carrier was murdered in landover, his family wants to try to keep his colleagues safe now. 26yearold Tyson Barnett was shot to death delivering mail after dark on thanksgiving. Today his family is going to join other postal workers in a rally calling for safer conditions for postal workers, specifically that they not have to deliver mail once the sun sets. That rally takes place at the mlk memorial on the national mall, tonight at 5 30. A replaying at the memorial to dr. King kick off a day of Service Honoring the civil rights leader. You remember that cold blast we got at the beginning of the month, this one isnt going to be quite as strong, but its going to last a lot longer.
