There are some holes showing up in the radar in Montgomery County, far western loudoun, northern fauquier as the back edge moves east with heavier showers in the eastern shore. So chestertown, queenstown, denton, easton, st. Michaels all going to see that this thin line of heavier showers from Southern Anne Arundel slipping into northern calvert now, right through eastern charles, back across dahlgren, Colonial Beach as it all moves north and east. South and east of town youll be wet for much of the afternoon. Its in the 30s now as colder air moves into the mountains and West Virginia and western maryland. The penalty for not signing up doesnt kick in until march. Pl purchase coverage could have options. People whose basic plan was canceled because it didnt meet requirements under the president s new law may qualify for cheaper catastrophic insurance. Customers affected by the Security Breach have filed class action lawsuits. At least one is seeking millions of dollars in damages. Target has been trying to control the damage to its sales offering 10 discounts to all customers over the weekend and Free Credit Monitoring Services to affected customers. But there may be more problems. A post on the security blog that first reported the breach claims many of the stolen cards have been flooding underground black markets selling in batches of one million cards and going anywhere from 20 to more than 100 per card.
