Now the three are each charged with child pornography. January 11th we arrested three West Springfield high school students, all three boys, two were 16, one 15. Each was charged with possession, reproduction, distribution, solicitation and facilitation of child pornography. Theyll have a sexual offender on them all their lives for a mistake they made when they were young. Reporter police call the six females in the case victims, but some students believe there must have been some culpability. They knew how much they were drinking. They knew they were going to get drunk. There have been allegations that these girls were drunk, that the boys got them drunk and that they had passed out. I assume if that were the case, there might be rape charges as well. Things are being said by other sources i cant confirm. Reporter police have not charged the victims with crime and most students we talked to have sympathy only for the girls, not the boys. The investigation started on november 29th when someone tipped off the schools resource officer who is a Fairfax County police officer. He initiated an investigation and that investigation continues.
