The father 38yearold Frederick Roy miller was killed in the Police Shootout and today police chief magaw provided new details he said are proof the little girl was killed by her father, not police bullets. This man shot two family members and killed his 3year old daughter. Miller was a disabled former marine embroiled in a long custody dispute over his daughter. Police say he shot and wounded two of the girls grandparents and he said the evidence is that the proximity of the gun to her head is what they believe ties the father to the shooting of the daughter.
