This transfer marks the official end of combat anythings in afghanistan. 2,210 American Service men and women died while fighting in afghanistan over the past 13 years. Marines at camp leatherneck say they hope they made a difference in afghanistan but they still worry they might have to return. Im worried that my son has to come back, the future generation of marines have to come back and start over again much like iraq.
