They probably will issue a warning on that because that is one of the criterion for a severe thunderstorm. This is a pretty good storm, though, especially across 234, almost to 522, pretty close to culpeper and you see the Lightning Strike there and heavy rain, and we are talking pretty heavy rain just to the south of slate mills, going to head towards boston soon and griffinsburg in about 15 minutes. The red is rainfall rate of almost an inch per hour. Put down heavy rain and a tiny bit of flash flooding as it moves off to the east. Track this towards remington about 6 08 and midland about 6 24. The state Supreme Court has just issued a ruling allowing the state to use a lethal injection in upcoming executions. Now, that decision clears just one of the main legal hurdles that arkansas faced in its effort to carry out two executions tonight. A stay of execution, however, does remain in place for one of the inmates on an unrelated issue. Governor Asa Hutchison scheduled eight executions over 11 days in april.
