And the family believes someone hit him in the head and left him for dead. We believe it was somewhere in between two cars that were parked on this side of the street here. Reporter Rob Schroeder believes someone violently attacked his twin brother and left him for dead, with a fractured skull, a concussion and a brain injury. But police are not calling this a crime. I would love to see the men and women find out who did this and charge them. Reporter but first, theyd have to claim that its an attack. A crime. Right. That would be the first step, i would think. Reporter but what exactly happened to michael is a mystery. This Surveillance Video shows him walking through a parking lot on his way home from a bar, around 1 30 a. M. , february 12th. Its a fa michael lying facedown. They called police and told them, the man on the ground felt very cold. Appeared to be intoxicated and was bleeding from the head. Theres no way that you think he fell and injured himself. Just based on video, he is clearly doing well and walking fine. And the sort of injury he had, its impossible to fall that hard. I was just trying to walk out. Michael is out of the hospital and doing betterment but has no memory of what happened. Michael was at the bar drinking but not so impaired that he would have fallen. But it hasnt happened. The wssc has had a 139 million plan finished since 2011. But next door to the pumping station is the harmony Home National historic site. And the wssc has been giving hookup permits. Virtually guaranteeing more spills. In violation of a federal law, a judge told them to stop breaking.
