Police department, Emergency Response team is training how to take back a school that is seized. These are not scenarios we can practice out in public. The schools, the streets, the other buildings all part of the new tactical urban village where police can train year round for emergencies like the assault on the Washington Navy yard. Every officer i spoke to that entered that building on the 16th said the same thing. Once we got in the building, the training just took over. So thats what the value of this facility is.
