Then sanders, clinton and former Maryland Governor Martin Omalley tackled how they would handle isis, talked about their economic policies, taxes and also the rise of heroin addiction. We need to understand that addiction is a disease, not a criminal activity. And we have to do more on the prescribing end of it. There are too many opioids being prescribed and that leads directly to heroin addiction.
