So within the first month of his birth last october the American Academy of pediatrics released new sleep, safe sleeping recommendations, and part of that said that you should have your baby room in with you, not bed share, but room in, in your bedroom, sleep in your bedroom, until hes at least six months olds. Reduce the risk by 50 , so i had baby boys sleeping in the crib right next to the bed. Six month checkup i go into dollars pediatrician, he said is the baby sleeping you the night i said no he said move him into his own room, but the aac, the sids he said no, movement within two nights he was sleeping 12 hours through the night. So dont have them in the same room. You know what . You you always with a pick what works best for you and your family, there are recommendations, guidelines, always good to talk to your pediatrician, im really glad we kept him in our own room for six months, but if we had moved him out two, three months, when my pom was telling me he may have been sleeping through the neutral sooner. So once we get out of the bath of course it is time for our pajamas. We put on pajamas, and we also put on or a full suit . Well, how about this . So thats whats called a sleep sack. Until he was able to roll over, we were swaddling killian to go to sleep every night, real soothing way for tiny babe toys feel like theyre still all kind of wrapped up in the womb. But once theyre able to roll over, swaddling no longer safe to put your babe you down, so you put him in a sleep sack. This eliminates the need for to you have to put any blanket in the crib, which your pediatrician is not going to recommend blankets can increase the risk every sids, it can lead to strangulation or suffocation, terrible things. But you still want your baby, he is reaping for his books, you still want your baby boy or baby girl to be warm. So sleep sack will achieve that while also keeping them safe. And sorry.
