Christmas exactly one month ago today. Credit card statement just shows one month ago. Makes you remember, doesnt it . So remember, a month ago, we were all talking about hatchi ammal. People waiting in lines, big thing, christmas, i feel like my new feed, all of the parent showing videos of their kids playing with them. Now that month has pass in the still playing with the holiday toy . One mother is really happy. She is suing the Company Behind the toy, claiming it didnt work as advertised. So in the lawsuit she bought the hatchimal for her daughter for her birthday this month, but it never actually hatched. So the suit alleges she along with thousands of others who received a defective product it, didnt work. We all know thats the point of the hatchimal. We spent how long, a whole show . A little over an hour. She is saying, some the other parent involved, they got these, you know, halfimal, making them too quickly, defective, a and they didnt hatch. Tried every trick out there. So she frustrated. So in a court of law can you proof damages . Emotional distress . Your child had Emotional Distress and there for you can sue. Really . You can . Absolutely. Lawyer on the dog being. No, going two, three hours, child, it is supposed to hatch after an hour of rubbing the little thing . Depend how much love you give it, thomas. Ya. So maybe they werent giving enough love. That very well could be the defense, right . But it was difficult, car glenn but after two, three, 45 hours, your saying your child had Emotional Distress. Theyre saying defective, forget Emotional Distress. But that hence the lawsuit, otherwise the company can give refunds, you judge go on with your life which it should be. I dont think you should necessarily sue over a toy that didnt hatch. But it is kind of the society we live in. I was just surprised by how long it took. At least for us anyway. And she hasnt touched it since. So tom, and karen, you can be anything on this, do parent ever say whats the point . This will stop playing with it ten minute from now, should they boother . Karen knows, it is about the peer pressure, dont let them down. Dont want to come down, where is the one thing ive been asking for, even if you know, and santa knows, you know, they probably wont play with it any more. They tried to do some kick starter campaigns on this one. But the kick starter actually suspended the campaign. They raise bad 4,000 for the money they needed but they decided that they werent really sold on what this product all was. Because i dont think this is real, i dont. You dont .
