That is a surprising thing. Me too. So, i was kind of, getting nervous about, solute the military on friday, because i love the event but the crush of crowds freaks me out. So i start, practicing mindful meditation in the morning, and then just talking to myself and breathing slowly, and, thinking about how i was going to handle it. It went really well. So when you talk to yourself, not to get too personal but what kind of things do you say just be calm, be calm. So, you know, i reach through and there is a little thing about breathing. That is what these kid learn. I think getting to them young with this and learning how to calm yourself down instead of your mother saying calm down, and, or just letting things escalate, if they learn how to do it themselves, and at a young age it can help. I wish i had men younger because i have been claustrophobic i have always hated the crush of crowds. I have had anxiety attacks over it but that is an important skill to learn. I think that instead of just sticking kids in detention in a room where they have just bored and looking at the wall. They are not learning a lesson. They are supposedly thinking about what they are doing. It is just mindful, it is about thinking but thinking about being calm and then figuring out what you want to do. When kids are in a calm state then when you go back and talk about, the offending incident they are in a better place to receive that. Right, and main less chance of doing it again whatever they did.
