For so many of us if you dont have a big right of passage, do as you might have a bar mitzva, bat mitzva, if you dont have that or sweet 16, the biggest event you have. I have never seen anything like it, like when i went to prom it was me and my parent then my dathan his paren, took some pictures and we went to eat and on our way.
