So when it comes to going on the vine street expressway, not even, just that specific incident whether it is broad street, or different streets in philadelphia you are weaving in and out of cars you could do it in a park . There are other places to do it to not obstruct the roadway but it is more fun in the street. You dont get excited when there is just a park in the park wheely. I would rather ride in the street. It is just more better riding in the street. So the point isnt riding a bike, pedal bike it is more about the danger of weaving in and out of cars, which one is it .
