Kaplan was 51 at the time, investigators say he was living with 12 girls between 18 and all the way down to six months old, a at his home on street road in trevose. Police say kaplan confessed to fathering two of the children with the 18 yearold and arrested after a surprise house call from bucks county Child Welfare officials and investigators alleged that some of the children including the oldest girl were given to kaplan by amish parents daniel and Savilla Stoltzfus as a gift for helping them out of their financial troubles. We need to do everything a at promoting safe gun ownership by giving away free gun locks by city council roaring gun owners to separate their guns from their bullets from their home and store them safely. We enacted legislation earlier this year that essentially requires if you have a minor child in the household you have to store the gun in a locked box in a locked cab this, separate ammunition. So we determined to get these gun locks instituted so we essentially went out, got a group of people together and we purchased thousands of gun locks and we have been distributing these things.
